EMPRESS BEAUTY SALON REFUND POLICY

Clear Communication

It's always best to communicate concerns with our Salon promptly and clearly. Discussing your dissatisfaction with the stylist or manager is the first step.

No Refunds on Services, etc:

Since our Salon is a Non-Profit under our Church, your Membership only covers the cost of product and not the actual service rendered. Many salons state they do not offer refunds for services rendered. This is often because the stylist has already dedicated their time and expertise to the client's service. At EMPRESS BEAUTY SALON, we endorse this same value and DO NOT REFUND on any of our Beauty Services, Donations, Product Purchases or Tips.

Adjustments within a Timeframe:

Some salons will offer to make adjustments to the service if the client is not satisfied, especially if notified within a certain period (e.g., 2 days or 7 days). This may involve rescheduling with the original stylist or offering a different service. At EMPRESS BEAUTY SALON, we will offer to have your service fixed by rescheduling another appointment with the Stylist. Adjustment of any service must be done within 48 hours from the date the service was provided.

Gift Cards

Many salons state that gift cards are non-refundable and at EMPRESS BEAUTY SALON we share the same standards where our Gift Cards are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.

Documentation

If you believe you are entitled to an Adjustment of Service as an offer towards a Non-Refund, for a bad service, it's helpful to document the issue, including photos or descriptions and remember you have a maximum of 30 days to have your service adjusted. TAXES:

We have reserved the rights to include Taxes to your Product Purchases, whether you book on our website or not. If you had paid Taxes on another website or platform to book us, you will still need to pay Taxes at our Salon on Product Purchases to render your FREE Service.

NO-SHOW/ CANCELLATION DONATION FEE:

Failure to arrive for your appointment without contacting us prior, will result in a $10.00 Charge to your card on file that you used to pay your Membership. Cancellation Fee of $10.00 will be charged if you do not re-schedule your appointment within 72 hours, at the time of re-booking or if re-booking does not occur within 72 hours to have the appointment fulfilled. Clients that Cancel more than two times will automatically be charged a cancellation fee in future appointments that may be cancelled.

This Fee is Non-Refundable and Non- Negotiable and is only charged towards Product Supply Restocking as a Donation Fee.
